Orion movers did an amazing job!! They were professional, punctual, polite and worked non-stop. Very efficient in packing and moving. Transparent with pricing and did everything as promised. Great communication. No surprises. Highly recommend them!!

We used Orion for our recent move and I would recommend them over the bigger companies. In contrast to the bigger companies, They were not aggressive or slick. David B came to do an estimate. He was deliberate and thoughtful and clearly knew his stuff. He knew better than us what to worry about. When it came time for the estimate, it was very reasonable, lower than I expected and the charges for the boxes were also reasonable. He also went through the things that would cause the estimate to rise, like parking tickets or extra carrying, or a flight of steps to the elevator. David also went through step by step several packing tips which would make the job easier for us and them. When they came to pack us up, David B was the leader and his team was very professional and they were all nice people. They all kept saying they wanted us to be happy. The next day they brought more people to load the truck and then unload the truck. Everything went smoothly and not one thing was broken. David spent much time helping us set stuff back up. At the end we went through the billing and they added in the parking ticket and a small amount because they had to make a couple of trips up 8 flights of stairs with stuff that wouldn't fit in the elevator. I rarely write reviews. I wrote this because it is hard to resist going with the bigger companies. However, Orion will do it better, cheaper, and with none of the aggressive nonsense. The bigger companies will always charge you 20% more than the estimate. Orion won't. Check them out!

Orion movers did an excellent job helping me move. They drove 8 hours to Buffalo and did so in a timely manner. They were very professional and cautious with all of my belongings and paid very well attention to detail. They made my move from Brooklyn to Buffalo seamless. All on a rainy day!

Very efficient and professional service. Only company that provides 1h window for pick up (usually it is 2h), they did the move very quickly and paid great attention to our belongings. Would definitely recommend them over any other big moving company!

David and his colleague who moved my things were courteous and efficient, packing and moving everything in less than an hour. I highly recommend Orion Moving!
