Ortiz Brothers have taken care of my moves and storage for over 20 years now. They just moved furniture from my home to their climate controlled storage. Their crew arrived on time and efficiently packed and blanket wrapped everything. I highly recommend their services.

Do not use if you are disabled, pregnant, or need extra assistance. Read your contract very, very carefully and fully, despite the guys staring at you while you are supposed to sign as they are on a tight pick up schedule. We were charged a late fee when using the REBOW service for plastic moving bins. While this is a GREAT service, and drivers were very nice we had a misunderstanding at pick-up. I was in the shower at pick up- so I did not answer my phone. The drivers did not knock on our door, (my husband was home tho) and then charged us a late fee that was more than half of the original service. They then had to schedule pick up for Monday- my husband had to stay home from work because they made a point that it was in their contract for curbside pickup. Im pregnant and there is no way I can carry these boxes myself. (The driver was very helpful and did this part- so my husband took off work for no reason.) They then charged our credit card without our approval for this late fee. We are disappointed in their response to this issue. It could have just been a waived fee but their operations manager Kevin was insistent on telling me how wrong I was. Its not alot of money- Its mostly the incredible attitude the manager had at my complaint.
