Michelle was so helpful right from the start. She was honest and informative. She also entertained our daughter, Lily, while trying to get through the paperwork stage. Michelle and Lily made quick friends, which is big for us. Our delivery/truck driver was amazing as well. Our drop wasn't as straightforward as we had hoped, but he didn't bat an eye and got it done with ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Outback Storage (especially Michelle)!

Very friendly and easy to order. I called to asked about sizing and they answered all of my questions. Delivery was quick and easy and on time. Driver was great and helped me get both containers exactly where I wanted them. 5 Stars

There are a lot of businesses that could learn a lesson from Outback Storage in terms of customer service! Looked at their website to choose a container to buy, went to the location and checked it out in person (Paula and Michelle were the best!!), ordered it at 9:30 AM, and it was delivered the same day! No nonsense, no stress, delivery was perfect. I would highly recommend Outback Storage!!!!

The BEST! Michelle was very helpful showing me their inventory and helping me decide on the right container for my needs. The delivery driver was very professional, on time and your truck/trailer setup allows you to deliver a 40’ container where others said couldn’t be done. I also appreciate that I was able to support a local business and see the container in person before purchasing. If you’re looking for a container or storage needs stop your search because Outback is by far your best bet. I spent a lot of time researching about buying a shipping container. I wish more companies operated like Outback 10/10
