Absolutely the worst moving experience with this company. If I could give them no stars I would. I should have went with another moving company. I would not recommend, take your money else where. They damaged two of my televisions and they don’t want to pay. One of my televisions alone cost more than the entire move. I moved less than a mile away my items should have not been broken. They left the cords to the tvs in my old apartment therefore I was unable to turn them on until they left. As well as them leaving them in boxes with the Oz moving blankets that they were suppose to take. Nancy Zafrani was very rude and wasn’t able to help me with my claim. If don’t want your things broken and you want professional movers use another company.

worked at this location a few years ago before having the vaccine was necessary to get the job left for a much relaxed pace reliable job great workers I'll never forget and a few not so great on how they treated new trainees seriously some were here with thug mentality " you have a problem with me? go ahead see what'll happen if you tell someone " kind of stuff... for crying out loud literally was one of the topics talked about in the orientation of something to expect to be prepared for with other employees 🤦‍♂️😆again only a handful were like that especially some of the new ones under 21 😁 hot headed kids overall this job trully isn't for everyone everyday WILL be a workout if you go in thinking you're a big shot and boy you'll regret it eventually if you really don't understand when it means to work smarter not harder 🤷‍♂️ this is just a brief summary of my experience working at this location and mainly left because a vaccination requirement is highly against my personal beliefs and everyone should have the right to state this in a sincere reasonable fashion

Third time returning customer here and am again very satisfied with Oz customer service and their moving team. Oz's quote was actually significantly higher than other companies I contacted but I decided to go with the company I had a track record with and am glad I did. Four (not five) stars for two reasons: first, they sent an extra person who was obviously a trainee, but I felt I had to tip them anyway; second, two pieces of furniture got dinged but Oz quickly arranged for repairs because I bought extra insurance. One restorer (Kevin) just left and did an exceptional job on the damaged nightstand. Awaiting the return of my drop-leave table but I am confident it will be great.

Don't be fooled a lot of the 5 stat reviews are employees or former employees, absolutely fired me because I asked for more hours in the summer time company is a joke they alwsys rush Foremans steal helpers tips and the office always has favoritism with there own kind such as middle eastern or Europeans which is very sad and disgraceful I don't know how people still call this company - reason I got fired was because my last 2 weeks of work 1st week 2days of work out of 7 days while other employees working 5+ days my last week 1 simple day I called for scheduling the dispatcher left me on hold for almost an hour to tell me I'm off so I said your clowning me and he caught am attitude saying they don't need me while other employees even woman working 5-6 days that's very unacceptable

I never thought I would say a moving experience was easy…. But alas!!! Pablo and his team at Oz were so amazing, professional, kind, and FAST! They treated all my belongings with care and took the time to make sure everything ended up where I wanted it in my new place. Thank you!
