I had an issue with a product that I had ordered 3rd party , I emailed the company on what I figured was after HRS ( Easter Sunday ) and Bob Phillips responded and said he's going to make it right , So far I am very happy with the service and have always liked their products.

I was looking for a Product company that is dedicated to developing new and better products after using another brand for over 20 years that had no no innovation in products. P&S on the other hand has been leading the industry for many years and has some awesome stuff like BEAD MAKER! I highly recommend The Double black product line.

I had some questions on Bead Maker after applying it to my cars. I called P&S. I was referred to Dave and left a brief message on his voicemail and asked for a callback. I did not get a callback.. I then sent a lengthy email to their support group outlining the problems I was having and left my contact info. They never responded to my support request. I still have issues with Bead Maker and will stop using this product.
