Truly love working with this company. They provide moves for previously homeless or displaced Veterans who often are leaving due to emergency situation or have things in storage. We used Pedro's Moving twice this past year -- first to move into a new apartment within San Francisco (including sending a bunch of stuff to a storage unit), and the second time for a cross-country move from San Francisco to Denver. We could not have asked for better service each time. Both times, the crews were friendly, professional, and attentive. They especially did a fantastic job wrapping up our fragile pieces of furniture. For the cross-country move, we were especially appreciative that the crew was in touch with us along the route, so we could coordinate timing of delivery on the other end. It was also lovely working with the office folks to arrange the moves -- usually with Pedro directly. Overall we were very happy with our service.

I moved in October and had a great experience with Pedro's. The first is that the building I moved into requires a fair amount of liability insurance from the moving company. I called many movers that did not have the level of liability required. Pedro's does, thankfully. I spoke with Maria on the phone, who was very helpful. I called 4 days before my move date and they were able to fit me in. I even called back to push back the move by one hour and they were able to make that change with no problem. The real stars, however, are the movers. Rene and Hector were my movers. They had to navigate parking in SF, which they managed to do without getting a ticket . I had several fragile boxes that made it safely. I had one large box that I didn't want anything on top of and they did that. All my furniture and artwork made it without a scratch. They were professional but also fun talk to and made my move so much more enjoyable than I thought it would be. I would highly recommend them!
