These people were hired to do a simple lot line adjustment - they claimed it would be an easy thing to do. It took over a year and more than 3 times the normal cost to do this job. when it should not have taken more than 6 wks. In the end, We took the paperwork to the city and county and filed it ourselves. - They were saying that it would still take more time and more money to do what we did in 1 day. Draw your own conclusions, but I would not trust these people for anything.
