Movers-Priscilla, Shaun and Randy were nice and very helpful. It was the smoothest packaging I’ve had. They continue to make jokes and make it a non stressful environment for me. Overall took good care of my items, were very understanding and would highly recommend.

We had a very good experience with Pacific Island Movers throughout our move. Mr. Julio gave us a few quotes based on different scenarios and it took him only one day to provide us quotes after the survey was done. The quote was very competitive and there’s no hidden charges. I requested Ms. Priscila to be in charge and she was the best! She and her team were so efficient & professional, they wrapped all the fragile items well and stored them in crates well so that we don’t pay extra for unnecessary spaces. We were informed that it’ll take about 6 weeks and their stateside agent will be in touch with us once it gets closer and they did. They contacted me when they received a notification for the shipment arrival in West Coast. Then, they contacted me when they received it from the customs and gave me an accurate ETA. After 6 weeks, we received the shipment and nothing was broken or missing! We were worried that a few of our art frames may have been damaged, but all were in perfect condition. Thank you Pacific Island Movers team!

Crew chief Priscilla & Raven were excellent. They were responsive when they were coming, were very quick & handled our items with care. They were thorough & explained everything well since it was our first move. We greatly appreciated their help!

Crew chief Priscilla & Crew They are pretty easy to work with. 3 peoples with 8000lb for 2days were so much work. I helped them packing myself too but it still not finished until almost 20:00 on last day. So far not bad experience. I'm looking forward to see our stuff when we get at next place.

Priscilla, Shaun, and Frances were amazing. They made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and double checked with my before packing things up. All very respectful too. I’m glad they were my movers for today, they went out of their way to make sure I was all set before they left.
