Thank you so much for your hard work and service at Pack-It Movers, Alex & Angel were an A+ team. This was my first time reaching out to Pack-It Movers and they treated me like they would anyone. Initial quick response when I reached out on social media and then Roger called and left me a voicemail. When I call them back they answered right away. Getting pricing was a breeze and very well explained. Again, Alex and Angel we’re professional and respectful entering and exiting my homes while staying in communication. They explained the final prices and it was what we agreed. I’m really happy I made a change in service company since I’ve had negative experience with other companies that will remain unnamed. I want to end by thanking you again Pack-It Movers! I will keep you in mind for referrals moving forward.

Driver arrived 40 minutes later than scheduled time with no apology & came straight in talking about a higher price. They literally didn’t have to pack anything as all of my stuff was in the living room packed and needed to be loaded. I broke both bedroom sets down as well & the only thing he had to do was unhook the washer. He spent 5 minutes trying to convince me that he needed another person, in which it looked like he picked up from somewhere, to help them. We said no we’d just assist with the move & from there it was if they didn’t care. we made it so much smoother for them that as they loaded we had the next thing ready to go out. It took them three and my three 45 minutes to load the truck. Once I got to the new home I asked if he could put down a runner as I have carpet and he stated with a attitude “That would take too long” in which I asked him to give me the stuff and I would do it. He walked away as if I wasn’t speaking to him & continued walk-in through my home. It got to a point where I got so frustrated & told them load everything up in my kitchen and I’d place it just to not deal with it anymore. One of the workers called someone while in my home referring to us as “ Stupid Pendejos “ not knowing we knew what it meant. When asking him what does that mean he said it could mean different things. The other one was outside yelling loudly to the one out of uniform. After they left I hadn’t realized they had taken some of my packed clothing and just thrown them in my garage. Very unprofessional and definitely won’t be using them again. Update: Make sure you have accounted for all of your belongings as I just noticed some expensive items in a tote were missing. I have yet to receive a response to this message or text message letting them know how their worker’s behaved. Never again

Pack-It Movers recently helped us with our move and they did an great job. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings. Irvin and Galvis arrived on time and got right to work. They were organized and worked quickly. They handled our furniture and fragile items with care, making everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. The 2 of them were also friendly and polite throughout the entire process, which made it a very stress free experience! . They answered any questions we had and made it easy. This company showed up on time was very professional did a great job at moving something that was extremely heavy. The piece that they moved for me way more than 1000 pounds. They moved it very carefully and got the job done. I’ll always use them from here on out.

Had some trouble with scheduling and my move was pushed from Sunday to Monday after work which was very frustrating. However, the movers that came Monday were prompt and did a great job packing and moving things quickly and efficiently. They really made up for the scheduling issues from the day before.
