Outstanding Service from Pack It Up Moving & Storage! I just had Pack It Up Moving & Storage help with moving my girlfriend’s apartment to my place, and they did an incredible job! The team was fast, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. They didn’t just move her stuff—they also helped me rearrange some really heavy items at my house to make space, which was a huge help. Their attention to detail and work ethic really stood out. If you need movers who go above and beyond, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

My initial review was all stars for the company and the movers, but after having walked my house and thoroughly checked my furniture I discovered my sofa had been torn, my bed completely ruined to the point of needing to be replaced because of cracks in the wood and missing parts. When I notified the company, the owner (Clark) put the responsibility on me, saying because “I opted not to purchase insurance” he could only offer me “$250 for the damages, but will make it $300 because of the loss damages to the bed”. Insurance was never discussed with me at no point during the process, only that the state allows for a max of $0.60/pound. Now I’m having to replace over $4000 in furniture because of this company. The movers were young, but professional and kind. However, they were not equipped to handle complex furniture. They even added screws where they were not needed. Book with them if want to gamble on whether your furniture will be damaged.

Pack It Up was superior from beginning to end. Kyle was very informative and his communication w/ me was on point. He also had to communicate w/ a 3rd party for my move and he had no problem doing so. The day of the move Lamont called to let me know they were in route to pick up my furniture. They had to drive over an hour away to deliver and both Lamont & Jesse were very professional and polite on arrival. They were also gentle with my delivery and made sure that it was operable before they left. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again in the future. This company helped me move and it was worth every penny. Movers were polite and on time. They dissembled our beds and re-assembled them in the new place. It was a lot of work but they got the job done. Would recommend for anyone moving!

These gentlemen were an absolute pleasure to have involved in moving our belongings. Nick, Corey, and Antonio handled every item with care as if it were their very own. Corey is somewhat of a Tetris genius. When I expressed concern about whether or not all the items would fit in the storage unit, he assured me they would make it all fit. And he did! Nick was able to crunch numbers as he went along and made sure to only use what was necessary, and ended up coming in nearly $200 less than what I was originally quoted which was amazing. Antonio is as strong as a freaking ox and was able to move some of the heavier pieces with ease, and the man had a great sense of humor. All three gentlemen showed an exceptional amount of patience when my young children would try to “help” and got in the way, and even went as far as to play along with my son and make him feel included in the process, which he absolutely adored. All-in-all, will definitely be recommending this company to a friend and/or colleague. Fantastic work fellas. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew. 11/10
