They were 1.5 hours late on the original scheduled day, so we had to reschedule. On Sunday, the date we rescheduled, they were 3 hours late (appt at 9 a.m. and didn't arrive til 11:57). No explanations. I have in writing they were to refund us a discount directly to our account as we ordered/paid through Uhaul and that we'd have it on Sunday, but it's after 5pm on Tuesday, and we've received nothing from them. I would not recommend them, because even if you are disabled, they will leave you waiting without a 2nd thought. They have lied, contradicted themselves more than once, and stated we are "wealthy" when we live in a double wide manufactured home. Said they would not contact us again only to do so with a rude text and more lies.

Great moving service. The guys that helped me move loaded and unloaded everything in record time. They were super friendly and provided excellent service. Would 10 out 10 recommend them to anyone needing help moving. We got 3 guys for 3 hours and they made this move a breeze. Thanks so much!

I called these guys last minute and they really came through. They took good care of my furniture and were extremely nice and professional. These guys didn’t mess around either. They loaded and unloaded our whole house in 6 hours. This is the absolute best/easiest moving experience I’ve ever had. 100% would recommend and hire again.

Chris and Keith were rockstars. Handled a 400# safe like it was nothing. Packed the truck efficiently and securely, nothing shifted on these wonderful Ohio roads. Beyond professional and courteous. Everything arrived in the same condition it was before it got loaded. Would not hesitate to use Pack&Stack if I ever move again.

The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers were almost 2 hours late, then proceeded to spend more time screwing around than moving my stuff. They threw my boxes, dropped my bed in the dirt, and then when they took two hours to load a 15’ truck, told me that they wouldn’t be able to unload unless I paid them $200 in cash (off the books). I was desperate because my stuff had to be moved that day, and I had no other choice. When I called their manager, he refused to help me out and told me that he couldn’t be held responsible for what his employees did. Horrible. To reply to the absolutely insane response below: I am not lying about anything that happened. However, to address what he said about the "flat tire" - THAT is a lie. They contacted me in the morning asking to move my service because they had a later move in the area after and it would be more convenient for them. I told them that I couldn't change it as I had already hired the truck, and I had other workers coming in that needed my stuff out of the way. They still showed up 2 hours (yes, 2 hours) late, claiming that it was a scheduling error by their manager. I have screenshots supporting all of these interactions. As well, the workers who were at my house were astonished at the behavior of the movers while they moved my items, and warned me that they believed they were moving slow on purpose to get more money out of me. And finally, "Karen"? Seriously? That's how you respond to an unhappy customer? Well, the great thing about that is the internet is forever, and now everyone thinking about hiring you can see your response.
