Bobby was great at communicating and helped to set up the entire thing. He was very diligent in responding quickly and kept me in the loop with everything. Our moving crew, Jon and Deon, were incredible! They were diligent and mindful throughout the entire move. They cared for our belongings as if they were their own. They helped troubleshoot and brainstorm ideas on how to get a larger piece of furniture out of my one-bedroom apartment, which led to it not being damaged. I have never hired movers before, and my friends have warned me that stuff will get damaged. Well, that is NOT THE CASE when you choose Packhorse Moving. They took incredible care of all the expensive furniture and valuables I had. They made the experience very easy and allowed my girlfriend and I to enjoy the process and excitement of moving in together rather than being stressed and worried. Overall, 10/10 in people, services they offer, price, customer experience, and quality/care. I recommend Packhorse Moving ( and specifically Bobby, Jon, and Deon) to anyone looking to move. I will be using them again whenever I need these services in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Packhorse. I was referred to them by my partner and sister in law and chose them over other companies. Their rates were competitive but not rock-bottom (that’s a good thing) and they are full insured, etc. The team arrived during the arrival window and literally moved my office out in 20 minutes flat. They drove into Rittenhouse, parked the truck where it needed to go (made sure I had the necessary permit), and had my stuff up on the 3rd floor within 40 minutes. It would have been faster if the elevator wasn’t super small. I have never seen people hustle like that ha! I’m really surprised by how efficient it all was and so far I don’t see any damage to anything including furniture, computer monitors, fragile photography equipment, etc. 10/10 would recommend. The team was kind, professional, and all-business with a pep in their step - money well spent! This would have taken me many trips and would have been a massive waste of my time and energy. Book Packhorse for your next move! PS don’t forget to tip your movers :)

I had John and Carl as my movers today. Can i just say, they were drowning in sweat due to the heat. It was too hot for a moving date. I felt so bad that i got them drinks to help cool them down! But let me tell you what! The way they organized the items into the truck and then into my storage unit was perfect! I really do hope they get a bonus or reward for them like it says in the email. They are both great workers, absolute gentlemen since i was a lady by myself for the move! I cannot stop talking about how good they did. And for only two people!

An outstanding experience from start to finish! The pricing, policies, and procedures were explained to me clearly and concisely by Bobby so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. And I can't praise the two gentlemen who moved us highly enough. They were friendly, professional and incredibly hard- working. I definitely recommend Packhorse Moving!
