Packing bees movers were the best! My fiancee and I had an incredibly complicated move and Packing Bees were so accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I had spent a significant amount of time researching different moving companies, and speaking to many different places. Packing bees was the most consistently responsive, provided a very fair quote, answered all of my questions, and were able to accommodate all of my specific requests. On move day, our time slot was between 8 - 10 am and the movers showed up a couple minutes right before 8 am which was amazing. They had to deal with a difficult parking situation due to limited space, but were very patient in figuring it out as quickly as possible. Our movers were Nigel, Ray, Mas, and Ben. They were all very professional and friendly. They reviewed the details of the move with me prior to starting. We needed to divide all of our items between storage and a home, so we had everything labeled specifically for this purpose. The movers were incredibly efficient in disassembling furniture and ensuring they are reading all the labels for the items, and asking me questions along the way to ensure they were doing everything correctly. They stayed very organized to keep all items for storage versus home together. Once they were done loading the truck, they made sure we double checked everything to ensure the home was empty. Once we left the house, they took a short lunch break and proceeded to meet us at our first stop for the storage unit and arrived exactly when they said they would. Unfortunately, we ended up getting a storage unit that was a very far walk from the parking lot, but they did not complain and worked very fast to pack the storage unit and make the long trek many times (photo attached of how organized it is). They made sure to leave extra space for us as well in the unit. We then proceeded to the final destination, and they reassembled a King-Sized Tempurpedic bed with adjustable base, helped us set up two TV's, brought a big L-shaped couch upstairs and had to maneuver a difficult staircase, and organized all the remainder of the items in different rooms. We asked them to wear shoe covers in areas with carpet and they were very accommodating and careful with this as well. They even helped us wrap up an old mattress we had sitting in this house. One of the movers even recognized our native language of Farsi and spoke some himself, so he started speaking to my Father and I and it made us very happy! Anything we asked them for help with, these guys were able to do and do very well. I couldn't be happier with their work, positive attitude, kindness, and efficiency. I would 100% hire these guys again!

This was our first time using movers and we were very fortunate to have found this company. We appreciated they had a user-friendly itemized online inventory system on their website (even had a section to upload pics) which helped give us a better estimate of how much it would all cost. We liked how efficient they were in loading up the truck and unloading it at our new place. We had to deal with an underground garage and an elevator that needed a code to get to our floor (and back to the garage) but our team handled it wonderfully and quickly! None of our furniture was damaged and all our boxes were accounted for, which is ultimately the best end-result you can ask for. Thank you to Dan and Ray for making our first movers experience seamless and stress-free!

The team was incredible from the start - moving us out of a multistory building and into a storage unit across town in under 5 hours! Appreciated the clear communication, speed, and carefulness of the crew. They also did an amazing job packing into our unit, so we could easily access the things we will need first!
