As a first time home buyer the entire process was quite intimidating to me. When I initially started other than going for open house or scheduling a visit to see a home I wasn't sure of what all actions were required. Paige made this entire process a lot easier and also very transparent. On my first home visit with her she explained the entire house process and sent me documents as well. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me connect with the right people for home loans, insurance etc. She was always available for any questions or issues whether minor or major and helped me see a few houses so i could get an idea of the house i wanted. Once I finalized a home Paige helped every step of the way, reviewing appraisals, setting a proper offer and co-ordinating with me, Greg and the sellers to get me a proper rate and keep the process transfer and efficient. Paige was more than willing to put in the work to not only communicate with us and understand our wants and needs, but also to get in touch with other realtors and sellers to get us looking at houses we might not have seen right away! She was proactive in finding houses we might be interested in, and her suggestions always felt personally and carefully picked based off of our preferences. When we did decide on a house (one that she was able to get us in to see before it had gone on market by the way), she took care of talking with the sellers and making sure we were happy with the arrangement, going through the forms and options with us. She is easy to talk to and work with, and by the end I felt as if no question I asked her was a silly one, and would more often than not get the exact information I needed. Since we are first-time homebuyers, there was a lot to the process that we just didn't understand. Paige was patient with us, and took extra time to go through processes, next steps, and preparations with us, as well as getting us in touch and on call with the people we would be working further with.
