Richard and Liam built a bedroom/bathroom addition, put new hardwood flooring throughout my house, turned my carport into a garage, redid my front entry steps and built a new back deck. I cannot say enough about how excellent their work is, as well as those of their subs! Richard is meticulous in his detail, both in his work, pricing and communication, and I always appreciated when he offered ideas that differed from or added to what the architect designed. I highly recommend Millennial and would hire them again in a heartbeat, as they are the epitome of honesty, craftsmanship and integrity!

My husband and I worked with Richard at Millennial Development Inc. as our contractor to completely remodel our master bathroom. He and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job with our project. They tore down and moved a wall, repaired subfloor damage and upgraded the lumber beneath the shower pan. They fixed the ventilation for both of our bathrooms, fixed the insulation, and repaired damage. The plumber redid the plumbing in the rest of our house to upgrade from the old galvanized pipes in a very timely manner. They upgraded our electrical sub panel to bring it to code. And Mitch the tile master cut and laid all of the tile himself and was absolutely meticulous! The end result is gorgeous and the space was completely transformed. I cannot say enough good things about this team and would absolutely call them again for a future project!

We hired Millennial Development for a large project at our home in Corte Madera. We added a primary bedroom suite including a dressing area and bath, plus remodeled about half of the house including new floors, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Millennial to get the job done. Any construction work these days can often be daunting, exhausting, and costly, but I can honestly say we had an incredible experience working with Rich and Liam. They are top notch and two of the hardest working guys out there. He responds to text messages and phone calls right away. He is down-to-earth, honest, and brings an energetic and current perspective to the industry. He's super detail-oriented and gave us ideas for little things he thought would elevate the project, which was awesome. Plus, he comes from a long line of construction, so he's got an uncle for everything! In a big project there are always hiccups along the way and Rich handled these like a samurai. When a hose burst in the middle of the night and we were out of town, Rich drove over at 1am to get it fixed. When something was not done properly or to his standards, he had it re-done immediately - no questions asked. He's incredibly responsible and trustworthy, which he proved to us many times over. Rich and Liam feel like family from our time spent together, and we know them well. You couldn’t be in better hands.
