For instance, while others were charging up to $1,000 for kennels, I purchased the same kennels for just $300. I have nothing but praise for Will at SCPetsgo. He really went above and beyond with his communication, attentiveness, and tender care he has for animals. It didn't feel like just business working with him, but instead I could feel his passion and that he actually cared that our dog arrived safely, which was really reassuring. We were trying to bring our dog from the US to Japan, which has very tight regulations and requirements. After contacting a few places we found that SCPetsgo was fairly priced and really had a different air about them when we spoke on the phone. Will gave clear instructions for the required vet exams, documentation, and reminded us about important deadlines. Of course, the most stressful time was the week leading up to my dog's flight, so I am very grateful that Will answered my high volume of questions during that period :). In summary - they are well priced and you can tell from all the other reviews that they will handle your pet with absolute love and care. Highly recommended.
