We could not be more impressed with Parker and Sons!!! As a local small business we experienced a clogged main drain issue on a late Saturday so we researched Top plumbers in the East Valley online and called them. From the representative on the phone who was understanding and caring recognizing we had to close the business that day- who then scheduled a plumber to arrive within the hour. Travis, the plumber who diagnosed and quickly got to work on our issue to then Matt who followed up two days later with his camera to view 100 feet of piping to recommend next steps if we wanted to take them. Everybody was so amazing and I have already recommended Parker and Sons to my fellow business owners!

I had another company scheduled to come out a couple of days before but they kept pushing the time back and then rescheduled on us (this had happened 2x before). So I chose a different route and canceled the other company, which is when we decided to try out Parker and Sons. Richard was our technician and he was great. The turn around time was excellent as well. Long story short, I decided to put a double door in an existing interior wall space and there was some wiring that needed relocating. The task was to relocate two wall outlets, which Richard achieved relatively quickly. If I had to pick on anything, I would say that there was no promotions or price adjustments for such a decent sized company. Usually these sized companies would offer a discount or promotion, but not this time. I paid $859 for the service, which was done in less than 1.5 hrs. Overall, I would use them again, I would say get some quotes from others beforehand. I have attached before and after pics of the work.

Isaiah came out and gave a quote for a panel/load center upgrade. Was very very thorough with his information and answered all my questions on a Saturday. Scheduled with them same day to come do the job on the following Thursday. Both Isaiah and Frank arrived promptly at 8am as planned. Isaiah went over everything again to make sure we did not miss anything. Isaiah got called to another job about halfway threw and Frank completed the work as promised by Isaiah as fast and efficient as possible due to us having 3 fish tanks that needed power ( I own a generator and ran that all day to put them at eeze so they did not need to rush). When panel was done Frank and I worked together on relabeling the entire panel correctly to ensure we knew what every breaker was powering. ( kind of fun to learn since we never knew really what each breaker was). I want to thank both of these gentlemen for there GREAT customer service , the PROFOUND knowledge of the job, neatness and cleanliness afterwards as well. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons and will be using them in the future. THANKS AGAIN, Sincerely, The Vansants

Parker and Sons showed up right away when we called to have our AC looked at because it wasn't cooling. Our technician, Harlan, was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He informed us that our capacitor was bad and recommended that we have it replaced. We decided to go ahead with the repairs as well as have a hard start kit installed to help reduce the wear and tear on the unit and prolong its life. We highly recommend Parker and Sons and want to say thank you again to Harlan for the great work.
