HORRIBLE costumer service. I scheduled an appointment almost a week ago and have nothing as of yet. The item is very expensive so obviously I am concerned about where it is. Just another reason why I know customer service is dead. How about instead of being rude to the people who pay your bills you could just say let me check on it for you.

I just spoke to someone from their customer service and they very rude and very unprofessional. I was supposed to have a TV delivered and they did not help they basically said it was not their problem and for me to just deal with it. So this company is complete TRASH!!!
