We have rented our single family house through Action Properties for over 11 years. We have always had great experience with them as landlords. The property has not been empty more than 3 months in all this time. We even had 60% to 100% occupancy during the COVID lockdown Dedy and his crew are responsive, responsible, highly knowledgeable of the market conditions and on how to choose good renters. I also never heard any complaints about them from our renters. I recommend the team highly.
