The tow truck driver was extremely nice. He came to tow me and I let him know. I just wanted the tire swapped out. He opened the back of my truck, removed the kit from the side and proceeded to remove my spare. He took my tire from under my truck. Let me know it was flat and for $66 out of pocket he could take it to the gas station to air it up OR he could tow me home. My insurance only cover 20 miles and my out of pocket cost would be around $250. Of course I went the cheaper way so I didn’t have to get a ride for myself and my four daughters. I asked several times after the tire was put on if it was safe to drive because it looked funny. The driver reassured me it was fine BUT might need a little more air. Against my better judgment, I paid and drove away extremely slow. I didn’t even make it 2 miles away and the tire blew on me again. Immediately, I called the driver back to let him know. He told me there was nothing he could do. Two days later I’m getting new tires and the shop lets me know the kit to remove/replace my spare is missing. So I call the shop to ask if the driver kept the kit to remove my spare because now it’s missing. I was rudely told there is no need for them to keep the kit as they have their own. I let him know the service I got was unacceptable as the driver left tread from my blown tire wrapped around **check picture because I’m not sure what that part it’s called**. He asked the make and model of my truck. I give the information and was told “Oh your the truck who only wanted your tire aired up and not towed. Don’t call back. It’s not my fault you want to be a douch and make accusations!” Then I was hung up on. **The pictures attached are of my blown original tire. The spare that was no good but was put on anyways and the tread that was left behind.**

Jay Jay was my truck driver. He arrived within 20 minutes of me calling in. I was stuck at side of road with 3 dogs. Customer service was great! Very personable and friendly with superb service. I highly recommend!

Worst experience ever I was actually scared for my life! My electric car battery died on the freeway an exit away from the charger station I was trying to make it to, highway patrol came and then they called this company the guy came yelling and screaming at me telling me I had to pay 275 to get towed LITERALLY one exit away or my car would be impounded and I would have to get it out of tow. By the car being a rental I told them I would call my rental company roadside assistance they told me I couldn’t do that because they were going take too long the guy just constantly yelling pay me the money or have your car towed! Not only did he force us to pay 275 he gave highway patrol some money they gave each other high fives and started laughing! These people are really racist and I really feel because I was a BLACK WOMAN I was mistreated and token advantage of like he really paid high way patrol some of the money I paid him! I’m definitely making a complaint on this company and the officer involved! They said their rates are 275 an HOUR the service I was provided was literally under an hour which is so wrong
