I called them and fixed a price for jumpstart of my car battery. They took my credit card information. The driver had a very bad attitude went to the wrong address and then came to where my car was and asked for $50 more blaming me for his error with the address confusion. I refused and he sulked and called the office to confirm. After which he jump started the car and left within a few minutes giving me no further instruction. I paid him the agreed amount in cash. After letting it idle for half hour I took the car a mile away to fill gas and it wouldn't start. They were charging the same amount and sending the same driver with the bad attitude who called me and recommended a new battery and saying he could fix it for $ 350. My battery was new and I had replaced it only 6 months back. I cancelled and decided to go with a different company. Although the driver didn't show up the second time he said there would be a cancellation fee. If they charge it I will have to dispute it through my credit card company. Stay away from these people. Horrible experience.

USE SOMEONE ELSE. they arrived two hours late, charged me twice what they said for NO additional work. When i called to get the price adjusted, they said they told me the right price and sent me the call recording THAT QUOTES THE WRONG PRICE. when i pointed it out, they said they would give me half the difference back. a month of trying to deal with them, calls and emails go unreturned, and I AM DONE. update: its been three weeks since this review and i got a reply from the owner last night at 3am on a sunday. i previously sent 8 emails that went unreturned- and more calls. i have spent too much of my life on this, and given you too many opportunities to fix it. if you would like to investigate this further, youre welcome to reach out to me directly- something i was promised several times back in the beginning of October that never occured. if you would like to talk, ask Lee or Gaby for my email and phone number- i know they have it. im done being told that they cant transfer me to you.

Driver Rafael towed my car and did an amazing job. He arrived quick and great prices. I would highly recommend this company as they have been great during a stressful time

Quoted us 100-134 over the phone. We called numerous other places and they were the lowest so we went with them. They came 3 and a half hours late to pick up my wife. When they finally came the tow truck driver did not have the tools to take off the driveline bolts. After my wife helped him get the truck on the lift they took the 2 mile drive to my house and told her it will be $220.00 because they said they needed "special equiptment." Had I been there this wouldn't of happened. They took advantage of her not knowing much about this. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I called Towing Patriots for help with a flat tire that I did not know how to change. They where immediately concerned for my safety. They sent out a driver named Jimmy who was very nice, very knowledgeable and professional. I am very thankful for the wonderful service and will recommend Towing Patriots to anyone that is stranded.
