Paul and his business are an absolute scam, on July 24th I dropped off my documents and paid him 800$ and was promised next day plates. It has now been over a month, I've got the endless run around from him and his employees promising it will be handled. They have all of my documents for my vehicle now held hostage and have stopped returning my calls and texts. I have now filed a dispute and will be contacting the BBB in regards to his business, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam of a business.

I give Paul my title for my car and this was on Friday he said our plates would be ready on Friday. I have my receipt I have called him several times. It has now been two weeks. He never answered the phone, I saw him on outside of another one of his business and he said he would be at him office on Monday at 12pm to speak to me. Today is Monday and it 12:37pm he’s not answering his phone looks like he blocked my number. Seriously you rob people over and over again. You really don’t care for people time or money. I work to hard for someone to steal 600 dollars from me. You are truly a horrible individual. This is why your Zelle wasn’t working because your accounts have been blocked from doing business. We had to go to the ATM to pull money out.

DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICES DONE HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. Going to file a police report today. He will not get away with stealing my title, other documents and money with no communication. This will be a lesson for him to not be a thief and lead people on as if he’s helping. A simple registration and title doesn’t take this long. And he will block your number

Trust me this guy is a scammer. He took $575 from my husband and didn’t renew the registration. When my husband gave him bad review then he replied to the review just to show people that he cares about customers but the truth is I had to renew the registration by myself and also he never answer the phone and his office is closed. Even people from neighbor stores told me that he does this kind of thing and it’s not new for them to see customers always looking for him. Definitely I am going to file a complaint against him.

This guy is an absolute scammer, charged $400 for me to register my vehicle and transfer my title. He told me that the plates would be ready on friday, i go and try to get them they tell me to come back monday It is now monday and i go and the store is closed they wouldn’t answer the phone or anything. Going back tomorrow and if i don't get my plates i will be expecting a refund and all of my documents. I will be getting the POLICE involved.
