We have moved a lot in the past 25 years. There is NO company that has done a better, honest, and efficient job like Paxton. From the first phone call, Brittany was kind, sympathetic and met my needs perfectly. The walk through of the initial evaluation was prompt and professional with perfect explanation of what was to happen on moving day. When the day arrived, the driver brought an exceptionally professional crew that loaded quickly, and took care of our possessions like it was their own. The driver kept me updated over the next few days to alert me of his time of arrival at our destination. ANd when they finally arrived, the the driver, Alfredo, had a great plan to unload my possessions in an efficinent, safe, and productive style as we had a long driveway the truck could not navigate. All in all, Paxton exceeded my expectations and in fact, the final weight of the project came in lower than anticipated and the final price was less than on the contract. Who does that?? Atlas will if you let them. There is no other company I will use again or recommend in the future. Paxton is the company everyone should look to for an example of how to treat people and become successful. Thank you.

Antonio, he is a liar. The one thing about the Paxton companies is is that they are Paramount in professionalism. There equipment, that I had seen on hand today, was immaculate. If you take into account, for someone that actually has no idea what we actually do in the moving industry, you will always end up with the same results. I myself, I work for Nelson Westerberg Dallas 1511, I appreciate it the respect and their professionalism and they were hands-down second to no one. With that being said, thank you to everyone at the Paxton companies. Maybe we have a better summer next year.

I worked there for 15 months. With no moving experience they put me in the field with no training. In which they do to all there employees. I was a driver. The trucks where old and falling apart. It was several times the truck broke down and we where told by the dispatch to leave it there unlocked with the customer belongings. The advertise that their storage is climate control but it is not. The people in the office is very unprofessional and don't care about their employees. They only want to put money in there pockets.
