Had a great experience with Payless Moving company. I got two quotes for my move (NJ to MD) and Payless was a little less than the competitor. However, the competitor told me they could not do the move in one day and could not do it on a Saturday, but Payless got it done in one day on the day we wanted to move. The guys were hard working, polite, and careful with our belongings. When they finished moving everything in, they even asked me to go room to room to make sure I didn’t want anything rearranged. Would recommend!!

I owe Rob (one of the managers) the biggest thank you ever for helping me move out of a condo on an emergency last minute notice. Rob thankfully made the time for me and helped get me out of a horrible situation as quick & swiftly as possible! He even went out of his way to bring along extra hands of prior employees who no longer worked there but were more than willing to help out in their business again. Sean (current employee) was a big help as well. Super nice, respectful, helpful guys. I can’t thank them enough! A few weeks later my aunt wanted to use their services, which unfortunately they weren’t available to but Rob went out of his way again to contact local moving companies to get her quotes/availability. He truly is one of a kind. You don’t see that kind of generosity often in today’s world! That’s how you know that the people handling your precious belongings care as much as you do.

Ryan and Joe were friendly, prompt, thorough, thoughtful and totally unflappable!! Did the whole job, including two different delivery destinations efficiently, quickly and well. We just used Payless to move us from South Jersey to Alabama and I can't express how grateful we are for the entire process. Lisa was very straight and upfront and the estimate that Joe gave us was fair and the crew of Rob, Frank, Ryan, and Joe treated our belongings like they were their own. They loaded us up on time and were in Alabama 2 days later right on time and got the job done fast and efficiently with no delays and no damages. We COULD NOT have made this move without them and their professional approach to take the stress out of this undertaking! Thank you all and be blessed!
