I would highly recommend this company!! They moved me from Austin to The Woodlands. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but that didn’t stop their excellent work. They arrived in a timely manner despite the pouring rain. Everything was packed and unpacked quickly. The 2 men who did my move were very professional and thorough. They are also very affordable especially compared to most of the quotes I got for my move. I’m very happy with the entire experience.

I've been meaning to leave this review for awhile. I was extremely displeased with this company. They moved me back in August. They came late and short staffed. They tried to cancel on me at the very last minute. I had to beg them not to because it was late at night and I was due to clear my apartment the next morning. The agreed upon time of arrival was 6pm but they didn't come until almost 8:30pm. One of the guys smelled of alcohol. Although they moved my stuff they were very sloppy. They ran out of wrap so they didn't wrap all of my furniture. They damaged my both of my dressers, they didn't screw on the leg to one of them, one of the screws to my dining table was missing, and they also did not set up my washer and dryer which was something they agreed to do. They also tried to leave without putting together my daughter's bed because it was late which was not my problem so I told Them they needed to fix it before they left. They did not get done until 2:30am. I did not realize they damaged my belongings until the next day. When I reached out about it the owner kept dismissing me and saying he would call back but never did so I kept calling. He offered me $50 for damages and never sent it. Run from this company!!! Not worth the headache. They shouldn't offered a discount for my inconvenience honestly.

Wow! PBC did an amazing job. They packed, loaded and delivered everything from our storage unit into the garage of our new home. They were courteous, careful and professional. The service was beyond affordable and they saved us a tremendous amount of time and money. We highly recommend them for all your packing and moving needs.

These came and worked hard all day they made multiple trips between houses. Ensured priceless antique furniture was handled with care. I'd recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

So unprofessional. Did everything I had to for an appt. Never texted, forwarded my calls, when they replied almost 2 hours late they still never responded when I texted back. Idk why killeen is allergic to money. Did the work myself and hired a local guy. Paid him well. I do NOT recommend.
