I wouldn't even give 1 star...My father has had multiple bad experiences with this transport company! He is a wheelchair bound nursing home resident. The first time he was picked up by Peach State he was late for his appointment, and they didn't show up to pick him up until hours after the doctor's office had closed and I had already taken him home! 7pm!!! This incident put a strain on the doctor's office staff as well as my father's well-being. He had to sit for hours in his chair due to the negligent practices of this company. He recently had a ride so bumpy through speed bumps that the air shifted in his seat pad until he was no longer on the cushion but directly on the chair. These pads are used for those susceptible to bed sores. The last time he rode with them the driver did not restain him properly and had the ramp up at the back of his head hitting him with every bump they made. The other lady in the van had to help him stay in place. This company needs to be shut down or revamped immediately. I would recommend a thorough investigation by the state. My father is able to know what's going on and tell his story. Imagine those who cannot!

I absolutely love Peach State transports. These people are some of the most awesome people that I have had the pleasure to get to know. Tony the dispatcher is a kind and caring man. Any time that I might have had a problem he has gone out of his way to fix it for me. If you use Logisticare as your transportation then request Peach State when you are scheduling your ride. You will not be disappointed.

Horrible they picked my grandma up for a doctors appointment which was at 11:30 am out of town and never showed up to pick her back up. She was still there well after the doctors office closed and had to call a family member from another county to pick her up. Shut them down!!!

I was told by the company that now owns them that they will not pick up with county lines (which is a lie as I have seen it). Do not call as they will redirect you to an Atlanta office that has no clue.
