Damaged the walls in our apartment to the point we lost our $500 safety deposit. Then moving into our brand new house, proceeded to then hit the walls of the house and damage those as well. After filling a claim with the company to have everything fixed, they only offered us $150 for us to repair the walls on our own after the movers claimed they would have somebody come out to fix it. They took 6 hours to move everything out of our 2 bedroom apartment and up to our house, costing us a total of around $1800. This is not including the lunch they took in the middle of this time, which was still paid for as they would not let us sign them out to take it. We also asked them if they had a service to remove a couch that we no longer wanted and one of the movers asked if they could have the couch and that they would take it for free, then proceeded to sneak in a $125 invoice a few days later for a couch removal. By far the worst moving experience we have ever had and we would anybody to use this company in any manner.

Extremely professional movers. Brad, John, and Mitch were very quick when packing up my apartment and handled every single item with care, even showing respect for shared building areas by protecting walls and entryways. They arrived on time and had remarkable problem-solving mindsets with positive attitudes during the entire move. If you can pick your moving crew, I highly recommend them in particular. Support and admin staff were also receptive to questions and demonstrated respect and professionalism before and after the move. My only hesitation is that Peachtree's policies regarding insurance are unclear at times: some policies have added fees that didn't quite make sense to me. But, luckily that wasn't a big issue for my move since Brad, John, and Mitch took great care of everything.

Peachtree Movers did an outstanding job - start to finish! The estimate was timely and detailed. The packing crew did a great job. Kennedy in the office was very responsive to all of my questions. On move day, head of our amazing moving team was Ross, who handled all of our things with care and organized his team! We wholeheartedly recommend Peachtree Movers.

We had used them on a previous move and they were great. Scheduled to arrive between 9 & 9:30 They arrived at 11:15. Came in expected us to have boxes even though there were 54 on the approved estimate. Waited around for supervisor to tell them re boxes. I reported this to the office. They promised a return call. It never came. They eventually got the boxes at Lowes. Instructions what to pack had to be given several times. Because they were rushed they put things from different rooms in the same box. They were caring to make sure we were comfortable and packed carefully an everything arrived intact. The delay in arrival partially caused them to leave our house at 10:30

We have used Peachtree Movers for several moves and have generally been very pleased with their teams, but customer service and the moving teams. The only reason we didn't give them 5 stars is because we had several pieces of furniture damaged on the last move (mirrored end table broken because they we're packaged/padded correctly). However, the management team was responsive and provide us with the coverage refund, to have them fixed, based on the insurance we purchased for the move. Even though we had this negative experience, we would still use them again, as overall they're one of the best moving company's we've ever worked with.
