I am working with Pearce-Services for past 3 years. The amazing work culture is the major highlight of working at Pearce. People work as a team and are always ready to help each other. There is no internal politics inside the organization which means if you perform well your work will definitely get recognized. Most of the promotions are done from within the team (there are no "Helicopter Landing" for Management positions as well)which motivates each and everyone to perform well.

Pearce Services is one of the best companies to work for. From a remote work perspective - finally a company that truly lets you have a work life balance and a culture worth working for. Everyone is friendly, positive, energetic, and has the best work ethics it makes come to work easy. From a management perspective - executives that listen to you, a team that backs you, and HR that assists you. What more could you ask for from a company. Pearce is a company I always find myself talking about a recommending to others in the industry, because it is THE place you want to work not for a job, but for a career. You will not find a better culture.

Excellent organization to work for. They offer broad service offerings in both telecommunications and renewable energy disciplines, have a full administrative back office, and are lead by a dynamic leadership team. I have worked at multiple companies that were lacking in one of the previously mentioned categories that ultimately urged me move along. In my role I see career development opportunities for people of all backgrounds and skillsets. The company culture is very agreeable, and I would classify it as continually modernizing. I have recommended friends and family to apply. The telecom division is top notch, and the renewables division is everything you could want in a "green collar" company.

Working for Pearce Services has been a great experience for me. The best part of my job is that most of the time, the office is buzzing with activity and there is never a dull moment. People are motivated to get certified and get on board on new projects. Latest softwares are being acquired/rented to bring effectiveness and efficiency in the process . The flexibility to work from home or office when emergencies arise is a great add on . The highly lucrative incentive/ bonus program is also an add on.
