I did a load for this company and I waited for 5 months to get paid and finally I got a collection agency to get some money. So don't waste your time booking a load with this company you will not get paid!!!!!!

Hauled a load for them, never got paid. After multiple promises I'd get paid next Friday, but once again never paid. I finally filed a claim through their insurance and got paid.

I've been in the transportation industry for 20 years. We hauled a load for this company on 3/21/23. I sent a proof of delivery the day the loads delivered. We followed up with the proof of delivery and invoice together on 3/23/23. I have been attempting to contact their accounting department for weeks to get an update on payment status. They have proceeded to lie about payment status for weeks. Now this morning I reached out to them since I was told we would receive payment today and we didn't. Once again I was told that it would be paid by tomorrow. They just sent my remittance and charged us $150.00 because they said our paperwork was late. They are extremely late in payment and have the audacity to charge carriers bogus fees. Everyone I have spoken with there Shubh Kaur, Jay Kansal, Garry Virk, Sahil Guleria, Atul Malhotra and many others have done nothing but continue to lie. Nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars working here. If you are in the trucking or transportation industry do not do business with Packer Transportation Co. They are circling the drain.

I was trying to book a load with Kevin, he told me shipper closes at 5pm i politely refused and said i can't make it to the pick up(i didn't wanna lie and screw them even tho i needed that load) , he than asked me to pick it up tomorrow morning which i accepted because we could make it on time ... 2 hours after on friday afteroon he tells me sorry customer canceled the load(and now we are stuck without load and will lose our reload) , this is the rudest thing someone did to me after i tried to be nice and not lie to them it just shows even tho you want to be fair Garbage brokers will do everything to steal your money and make you suffer for no reason ,
