Superb Construction Raw materials outlet, including heavy home appliances and professional tools. Easy to shop from wide range of products. Whenever I visit USA, I visit Lowes at least twice. Attaching pics of my favourite section. How I wish I could buy all of these and setup my own workshop

First of all the customer service in the store is great. We had our kitchen remodeled by Lowes. The customer service that I called was great. The issue is Lowes has horrible policies that they are making their customer service follow, with no wiggle room for fault on their side. We ordered delivery from this store of shoe moulding and they delivered the incorrect item quarter round. The wrong size was installed in my house, I ordered more materials to finish the project but the original order was incorrect so the size was wrong for additional orders. I paid $300 in delivery fees for the wrong product to keep arriving. Customer support said they cant do anything about refunding the shipping fees. If you order delivery beware of getting the wrong products and losing hundreds in shipping fees and stalling your project. I am going to rent a truck, go into the store, and pick it up myself. The Lowes delivery experience is not very mindful, or demure.

Another stop at another Lowe’s ( can’t get enough of them already :) ) to pickup a few angled brackets ( order placed ahead of time). Good enough parking lot to address your car parking queries. Checked in for the pickup and in a few minutes got to the counter where I realized that the pickup was ready inside the locker and all I had to do was dial in the code that was emailed to me. Also ended up going around this store to get a few screws and anchors and Alexis was an absolutely amazing help in finding me the right option for my project ( Big shoutout to him) . The store definitely has great hardware , electrical , electronics etc collection and it would hard to not find something amongst these categories in there. Right before exiting it came to my mind to get a couple of copies for a key that I had and this was waiting for quite a bit. Diana was kind enough to guide me through the process and within a couple of minutes or so I was ready to head out of the store with all of my purchases. Definitely recommend the store and the friendly hosts that they have who are always ready to help the customers!!

Lots of associates, but no one with keys. Avoid this location. It’s obviously had a lot of issues with theft. Poorly managed, can’t buy anything. Just waited in plumbing for over 30 mins only to find no one had keys to unlock products. Worst Lowe’s experience I’ve ever had.

Four stars for somewhat weak of in the lumbar department and hard to find a clerks to ask questions or directions! It’s a fully stocked store and easy to park. Employees also friendly and helpful if you can find them. The return desk always busy specially in the morning! I like their garden center which has wide variety of plants and flowers to choose! And there also a cashier to check you out.
