Your recruiter Yarlette Pena is extremely rude and completely clueless about her clientele. I had put in an application for a driver position, now I wasn't quite what you were looking for and that's fine. The problem I have is with the way your recruiter responded. For one she straight up didn't read my application, because she said I didn't qualify because I didn't have 24 months experience. When I informed her that I had 5 years of experience, she gave a snide remark about training. Then when I explained to her my qualifications she went on a God Complex type of rant. I don't have a problem not being considered for the position, it's just business after all. I DO have a problem being treated so disrespectfully and having someone like her being responsible for assisting my brother and sister truck drivers out there just looking for work. She has no temperament for the job. Definitely keep an eye on her because she has undoubtedly cost you good candidates before me and will in the future.
