Terrible management in the Pensacola Florida location. I had moved and was trying to stay within a budget. I had called around to get quotes I had been quoted $1000 for 3 guys to move only the large items in my apartment and move them 5 minutes down the road by another company. I spoke to an agent at all my sons moving who told me it would be around 600-800$. This would include two guys and it would take them 30 min for each room for a 2 bedroom apartment I was also told that the packing materials were optional and I advised I only needed two tvs wrapped. He said since it was only the large items and nothing needed to be packed that it wouldn’t take that long the movers were two very nice guys they arrived at 845 and didn’t get done until 245. There needed to be 3 guys. They wrapped everything in wrapping although I didn’t request it. I was told it was to guarantee my items didn’t get damaged. Well when they arrived at my new house 5 min away then they tell me the total before unloading the truck is 1300. Imagine my surprise. I was not expecting this. This is why I had called around and price matched. I wish I had gone with big foot moving who were going to send 3 guys. The agent who I spoke to had told me they were the best company and that their google reviews speak for themselves ya well I wish I hadn’t gone with this company almost all of my shelves were damaged and some of the unused packing materials were left behind. I was charged around $160 for packing materials I didn’t want and didn’t need since my items came apart still. I was told it would only take 2 hrs for them to load the items and maybe an hour to unload. This was not the case. Maybe if there had been 3 movers. The two guys who did come were super nice and worked hard but it should have been 3. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation. I believe his name was Clayton or Colton. He was extremely rude. I had called in to discuss the situation as adults would do but he didn’t even let me finish a sentence before he raised his voice and got defensive saying he never told me that it would be 30 min per room as I advised I had spoken to one of the call center agents. The manager kept talking over me and was not all interested in having a discussion. Very rude and unprofessional. I am advising anyone I know not to use this company. I was on a budget because I have to get surgery on both my ankles and won’t be able to walk or work for 3 months now I have to push it back so I can save up more money. I could have purchase brand new items and had them shipped to my house for free for less thank $1300 no packing and only moving the large items only 5 min drive.l $1300 when I was quoted $600-$800. Not even a follow up from anyone. Terrible company

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE ALL MY SONS PENSACOLA!! Moving is stressful enough as is don’t get SCAMMED by these people also!!!! I have contemplated this review for a bit now as I wanted to make sure it was accurate, complete and descriptive of how bad this decision to use All My Sons was. About a week ago I used All My Sons Pensacola. Not only was there damage to my furniture that was never addressed they lied about pricing quotes and charges as well. We had a budget to stay within and we were VERY clear from the get go about that. We got priced in about $600 for a 3 bedroom apartment and got charged $1301 to be very specific. When the movers arrived they took about 30 minutes “signing paperwork, getting blankets unfolded and supplies ready.” I let them know we had to move quickly as I ALSO had two other men helping move. My friends helped move about 25 boxes all together. Mind you, I have two beds, one dresser, a toy bin, and 3 shelving units. That is the extent of my furniture as I just moved here from another state. The movers took their absolute sweet time to smoke, “figure out if the bedframe folded” and to do drugs in the truck. It took them 3 hours to simply load a 3 bedroom apartment with literally 25 boxes, one king bed, one dresser, two nightstands, a tv stand, one couch and 25 boxes (which my friends actually moved FOR THEM). When we got to the new place they told me the final price and I LITERALLY called the police as they didn’t want to unload my things as I didn’t agree to the charge. They quoted me around $600 on the phone and on paper and then at the end they charged me $1301 for their drug use, smoking and slow move. They also charged me for time not spent, over $150 for shrink wrap and TAPE like… scotch tape 😐 (I’m not joking that is what this is listed as) and a “required Florida tariff” that they LIED about for about $170. The police saw the quoted price which I have written proof of and the actual cost they tried to charge me and advised me to dispute the charges with my bank which I have done. I called the office manager during this entire time as I saw the movers do what they were doing, his name was Russell and BEFORE the things were loaded on the truck he was helpful, kind and said he would make sure to charge appropriately for time spent. AFTER they had all my things Loaded and locked in their truck he acted like he had never heard from me before and like what they were doing was legit. After the movers finished unloading my truck they left boxes in the garage, broke my bedframe and dresser. Now, for the movers themselves I understand being tired from a previous move or just being human so I don’t blame them as much as I blame management for what has happened to me. I am writing this to make sure NOONE else goes through what I have been through and still going through. Moving is stressful enough don’t be scammed by All My Sons Pensacola ALSO 🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️— I have attached photos and also have video evidence of EVERYTHING listed here.

We had quite the enjoyable experience from start to finish with the PensacolaTeam of All My Sons Moving & Storage. Dusty quickly and efficiently created a detailed estimate via a video walk through, so there were no surprises to what was to take place and the costs to us. James managed the overall process throughout several months of setbacks, on our part. Joel led a great crew on the packing, loading, delivery and unloading our furnishings. This hands on team of Joel, Jeffrey, Shaun and 'Riq all "showed up & bowed up" and very professionally wrapped our stuff and carefully handled our home. Very professional and polite team, from beginning to end, on our multi-state regional move.

Jay, Malik, and Zay were absolutely wonderful! I thought our moving day would be a stressful disaster, but it was one of the easiest processes I've had to handle. The quality is absolutely worth every penny paid. All of our stuff was wrapped and moved perfectly with care, we even had them move some other furniture around in our new location, which helped us immensely. They are also some of the most friendly people I have ever done business with, and if I am ever in need of a mover again I know exactly who to call.

Lew and Misha, both were amazing and I would use them again! Our belongs arrived on time and in the exact condition we left them. Our things were treated with respect and they were able to package up our electronics and heavy items. Great for out of state move! FL —> NC
