Booked a truck, confirmed availability and pickup time on the phone, and when I arrived for pickup (during business hours) the front desk said I had to wait 30 minutes for the "manager" to get back and do the paperwork. Unbelievable.

I rented a handtruck for a few hours. They were courteous, prompt, and friendly. When I returned, the woman at the desk recognized me, and we had a pleasant exchange. I'm very happy with all of this: I got what I needed, I got it at a reasonable rate, and the people working there were friendly. Years ago, I rented a truck here, and I don't recall any problems from that time, either.

I made a reservation a week in advance for a moving truck, only to find no trucks available when I arrived with reservation in hand. The employee was incompetent and was not able to help us find another truck to rent. Find another location, the Santa Clara store was able to help me with a truck and much better customer service.
