Do NOT work here. I was warned prior and gave the company opportunity to prove other wise. I have never in my life been let go or laid off from any job ever, AND without legitimate cause. Never late , No write ups , no warnings , no probations, no communication on work performances , zero indication that my work was not up to par. As a matter of fact I received a small bonus 1 week before being let go. I was put in very stressful and uncomfortable situations from the owner to managements, and had a sense of always walking on egg shells with no clarification or clear direction on my position. I was completely blind sided and not compensated fairly for my dismissal. I was not given an earnest fighting chance and was basically a pawn in whatever was transpiring in the establishment at the time. There is more work done on the outside appearances of the company than the internal structural issues. In my opinion this is not an establishment that cultivates an environment for any team building , support , growth/advancement, effective nor thorough training or workflows that would help new employees be efficient and thrive. I would love to say that this is an “only me, personal” observation but unfortunately I am not the only one . Just the only one talking about about it .

They were supposed to give us 24hr notice before delivery. Instead they backed up to within inches of our brand new RV, dumped the boxes in the mud and started to leave. When we said you can't leave those there, driver responded that wasnt his problem. Gave one star only because zero isnt an option. RUDE!!

This is a horrible company!!!! Why is an item sitting in a warehouse since Aug 2 and still not being delivered. First and estimated delivery of Aug. 11 never showed. I had to email and ask where it was. Then was told the 18th; never showed up. Now I'm being told the 23rd. 4 weeks!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! And then when I point that out to customer service, she gives attitude and becomes rude a nd nasty!!!!! Like I said worst delivery company I have ever dealt with and we all know how our main delivery company's out there can be!!!!!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I was employed with pepmove for 3 months as a driver. I was told on numerous occasions to lie to different customers. No planning as far as deliveries. Lack of equipment for certain jobs we where contracted to. Most of all too many politics. I was told there was no assigned trucks so whenever I was last to get there I drove the truck with no a/c. But when I loaded my truck with product one employee started to complain that this was his assigned truck the vice president told me the trucks where now assigned and Im stuck with the rental with no A/C. Oh I forgot very unsafe. OSHA would have a field day

My delivery is only 45 days late with no call no nothing! Absolutely been a horrific experience with the back yard rudeness non professional out fit. Ratbastards!
