Matt with Pepes towing did an outstanding job. He was patient and determined and eventually towed an inoperable vehicle whose brakes had frozen and wouldn’t move. His truck couldn’t get close enough to attach the wrench but he didn’t give up!!great service! They were prompt and got there earlier than estimated. I would definitely recommend them!!

Pepe service cannot provide a clear cut answer on why a customer cannot receive a copy of their own vehicle report. The representatives are unprofessional and so are the managers.

The women who answered the phone, Charlene, was INCREDIBLY rude. Horrible customer service. It's 170 MORE to pick up same day. I would leave no stars but that isn't an option.

The staff was nice but the owner of this business has setup a fortress here that makes it feel like a prison. It is bad enough that a person is essentially being exhorted for towing and storage fees through no fault of their own but then for the owner to configure his place of business like this place has been set up is inconsolable. Unfortunately one does not have much choice in whether they choose to deal with this business but our local police and sheriff’s agencies sure do and they should do better in letting out these contracts! What a horrible experience.
