SCAM COMPANY! Read the bad reviews carefully!!! Every bad review is exactly what is happening to us currently. They just called 4 days before the move and told us it's going to be an extra $1,200. They advised us to get rid of some of our items to keep the cost down. And we probably aren't even going to get all of it back because our stuff is going to be moved from truck to truck 20+ times. This is horrible! They gave him a quote of $6,000, but it ended up being $10,000 plus extra charges. They said he gets a month free of storage, but that's only because they move his items from truck to truck as other movers move closer to where he is going. They said it would only be $250 each month after that to store his stuff, another lie, it's actually $600. They didn't tell him every single item needed to be in a box regardless of what it is. Or that he would need mattress protectorate move his bed, which OF COURSE is an extra charge!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Perennial Van Lines for my move, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My experience started with the moving consultant, Devin Booker, who was incredibly patient and detailed in explaining everything to me. I had shopped around for prices, but ultimately chose Perennial because Devin was the only consultant who didn't bad mouth other brokers or carriers. He assured me that our belongings would be well taken care of, and he was absolutely right. In addition to Devin, I also interacted with Lauren Musso in customer service. Lauren was always available to answer my questions and was very prompt in her responses. Her assistance made the entire process much smoother. The packing, unpacking, and assembly teams in both NY and TN were professional, organized, and thorough. While Perennial was not the cheapest option, their exceptional people and quality of service made them worth every penny. Our delivery was slightly delayed due to the holiday, and we had a few scratches on some furniture pieces, but even in this, their quality assurance team was prompt in sending us the claims forms. Overall, Perennial Van Lines provided 5-star service. I would recommend them over any other broker or carrier. Thank you, Perennial Van Lines, for making our move as stress-free as possible!

We had a very good experience with Perennial Van Lines. We had to make some changes on our delivery date. We worked with the Lauren Musso, the customer rep who made the changes seamlessly. She kept us up to date on timing and delivery. The moving crews on both ends of the move were very professional. We had some slight damage on a piece of furniture, but the company will repair this Overall it was a good experience for us and sure beat moving this ourselves.

Five Stars because of their Professionalism and Customer Service. We had a medical emergency and had to reschedule our move date twice. Lauren went above and beyond, with complete understanding while I was sitting in the emergency room with my child, Lauren made sure that the last thing I needed to be concerned with was any extra added costs or missed travel dates. She took a load off my mind, kept in constant contact with me, and made sure that the pick up and delivery times were done when we were ready. I would highly recommend working with Lauren @ Perennially without hesitation.

Update: Perennial is resolving my issues, this review was actually towards Atlantic Group USA Long Distance and Out of State Movers, who is the third party company Perennial hired to move my things. To Atlantic Group USA Long Distance and Out of State Movers 03/11/24 Worst experience ever!!! Don’t hire them, my husband and I had a list of problems and still have! For starters they charged me twice for the deposit fee, but at least that one they solved in a timely manner. Then we told them we have a baby grand piano to storage and they showed up with no equipment to carry it, so they dragged it outside my apartment with some box paper under it.. and our no ending journey to get our stuff into our new apartment was a nightmare. They said they would come on Monday but didn’t even called to say they weren’t coming. My husband had to call them and asked what happened. Then they rescheduled for Wednesday, the same thing.. didn’t come. Then they said Friday for sure. And in the meantime we were always telling them we want people and equipment to bring my piano to the apartment. They showed Friday, almost let the piano fall from the truck when they were taking it out, because there were only two guys to move it, and at the end they told us they couldn’t put my piano back together.. they needed more people, so they would see when they could come. They left my piano sideways and no response to when they are coming. And you try to speak to them, they can’t understand, because they sent some Russian delivery boys who were using google translate to speak to us… They should pay us for at least two days that my husband missed his work and waited the whole day for them and for the price I’ll have to pay for professionals to assembly my piano back, and pray it wasn’t damaged between all of this… this is my work instrument, it’s not just a leasure thing…
