Given this review for my disabled brother who doesn't use social media he has rode with this company before several times they are always on time better than some of the other companies in the area most of the drivers are nice been a few he couldn't understand well but overall this is one of the better companies out here

The driver left me and my client at the wrong location and when called for ETA for pick up it kept changing. After waiting over 2 hours for some one to pick us up the people answering the phone kept ignoring our calls over 20 +calls was made and my client was never picked up

Just made whomever answers the phone at this establishment aware one of his employees has been STALKING MY HOUSE for 2 weeks and he tried to make any excuse as to why he was doing this as opposed to thoroughly investigating the issue. I don’t see how anyone could feel safe using their services.

Horrible service!! Drivers doesn’t get out their vehicles to assist with person with walker they don’t talk to you when asked a question. Sign forms for person instead of letting them sign. Drivers drive fast and all over the road

First time using the service my mom on dialysis she has a wheelchair and cane this guy didn't open his door left her to struggle with everything she could have felled he was very rude uncaring my mom is 89 yrs old i wouldn't recommend this company!!!
