Booked a load with Jason and we agreed on the price. I found out later they deducted $200 from the payment due to the tracking app. And then, when I was digging into the problem, I found out the Broker (Jason) put the wrong phone number in their system and I have the proof and all the emails. After so many emails between me and him I requested to talk to management and he claimed to be the owner and no one is higher than him to talk to. Very dishonest company please don't do my mistake and book with them, I have ignored the reviews here and I was wrong. I should've not booked when I read the reviews.

Good broker, I worked with Kaitlyn Miller and she is a nice person. As always with every broker, we just need to communicate clear and straight, but so far so good. I recommend them but ask as many questions as you have and they always answer good.

Worst people on earth liars they never do what they promise you I waited for 10 days with their load in my trailer and finally they did not pay the layover. This Broker told me to wait for four days until that the product will get ready then I picked up the product from California brought it to Virginia and the loader did not load it right they were leaning on one side so I had to wait another six days at the receiver so this Broker wasted my 10 days and he never paid me the layover money, they don’t even know how to talk to people very bad for you

These guys are great. Smooth pick up and smooth delivery. They also paid us some detention because there was a slight delay while loading but we were compensated quickly. Highly recommend this brokerage. Serena Washburn was out broker.

They don't answer the phone at all no matter if it's day or night.. If your truck was flipped over or in a ditch they would never know because they don't answer the phone or emails. If you are looking for a broker with F- communication then this is the broker for u!!! And just FYI I wrote this post under my alias
