I'm so impressed by David Troyer and his extended team. Zero stress for me, he and his team took over my home, renovated it, and sold it well above asking, with solid communication all along. The team he has assembled, from project management to handling all the paperwork, all the way thru the closing process, was consistently professional, clear, responsive and very communicative. I was hesitant to go with a traditional agent for the sale of our home in Mountain View, as it seems like such a large amount of money to put a house on the market. David and his team are exceptional! David helped my parents sell a rental house some years ago and did a great job. So, when I needed to sell my parents’ Los Altos house this summer, I turned to David. My parents had lived in this house for 70 years. I live in NYC and needed help to bring the house to market.. After I sorted through my parents' belongings, David and his team took care of the rest. And I mean EVERYTHING! Project manager, Allison, cost-itemized all the items needing attention, from debris hauling and painting, to landscaping, ripping out old carpet, installing new wood floors, fixtures, etc., etc. The house was transformed into a sparkling gem! It seems Team Troyer has a working relationship with a number of contractors so the cost was very reasonable. I certainly didn’t have the contacts nor the time to arrange any of this! Every step of the way, Team Troyer kept me informed. Disclosures and other documents were done through DocuSign. If I had a question, I had always got an answer very quickly. Except for the work by the contractors, all of this was covered by David’s broker fee, including the staging, which transforms a house. His advice, knowledge and incredible team who handle each part of the process are invaluable. In the end, we got 13 offers in one week and way over asking!
