Easy and friendly experience. We were heading home to Seattle from San Jose Airport and had time to kill before our flight. We dropped our bags off and then wandered around the mall and Santana Row before heading over to the Winchester house. Conveniently located. The only thing I would have liked different is for it to specify on the website that you have to itemize each bag. I thought they were being stored in a locker, so I chose the largest one thinking three of my small bags could fit in one. There are no lockers, they just keep them behind the counter. I had to purchase additional storage at the location. The website may have specified, and I missed it, but I don’t know.

My airbnb let someone check out late and I was left with 4 hours of nowhere to put my bags. Shop owner was amazing! Quickly got me set up and my items stored when I showed up. When I got back to pick up my items, my phone mysteriously discharged and died (from 35%). They set me up so I could sit and charge my phone before i headed to my airbnb.
