They were contracted through a reputable Atlanta dealer to deliver furniture. They came out to my residence and damaged several walls during the delivery and said nothing to me about it. I didn't notice until they drove off. They also damaged the furniture. So I got 2 for the price of one. Would not recommend them at all. I'd give no stars if that was an option.

If you live in Atlanta and order furniture from Crate & Barrel, DO NOT use their third party delivery service, Personal Touch Deliveries. They have horrible service and even worse customer service. There is little regard for care of the item being delivered and even less care for the house they are delivering to. In fact, more effort was made to have me sign a waiver to release PTD from liability of damage to my property and the furniture being delivered than anything else. After three attempts to get my bookcase delivered by PTD, they damaged my newly refinished hardwood floors. After 2 months of back forth with the owner of PTD, Kirk, and Southland Logistics (have no idea how they were involved) my claim to repair my hardwood floors was denied. They denied the claim based on the fact that I wanted to use my contractor to fix my floors and not their people. Really?!?!?! Can you imagine if PTD runs their business this way what type of repair people they would send to repair my floors?!?!? And no further contact or responses from PTD or Southland Logistics regarding their denial. What a way to run a company. In to the ground. You will be better off using Dolly. Trust me.

Just like everyone else said...Don't ever use this company!!! If you fill an online questionairre to get a quote they take that as a term of service. They will say that you hired them without even talking to them. I never spoke with Shane. Never got a quote and somehow he picked up my furniture and held it hostage. He said it was my fault bc I submitted the form. I said the form that literally says fill out for an estimate. He says that binds you and is a contract. You got to be kidding me. This company is a fraud and no wonder it has 3 stars. If I could give less than 1 star I would bc they will scam you.

My item shipped and arrived to the warehouse and all I had to do was schedule the delivery. It was going to take 3 weeks. Really? I asked if I could come get it since I had already paid $800 for it and I have a big SUV. Nope, not an option. The day was finally here. I got a call from the driver to tell me that it wasn't going to get delivered that day and to call and reschedule. I called the delivery company and left a message. No return call. I called the company I bought the item from and they said that the delivery company couldn't deliver it for another 3 weeks. You aren't serious?! I called the delivery company again and left a message and no response. I called the company again where I bought the item and they said they could move it up a week. So for an item that arrived in Atlanta around October 19, I will get it on November 28. This seems absolutely ridiculous. No apology. No explanation. No return call. This is not a supply chain issue, the item is here.

The driver called me to tell me they only have half the order. I said ok well, deliver what you have. He didn’t show and hours later I called back only to have him claim I refused the order. I told him I did not refuse and please deliver what you have. Again hours sent by and nothing. So I called back and he again claimed I refused deliver. What a joke of a company. They lied to me and the driver is literally too dumb to work anywhere
