When I first learned I'd be taking over mom's care as her only daughter, I was very afraid; but all of the staff, nurses, and doctors at Family Medicine have consistently given her the best health care I could have ever hoped for. I've never been treated rudely no matter how many times I phone, and my mother loves her doctor. Wood Hill and Spring centers, both excellent; she's been to both, and both show great care and concern for all her medical needs. She's usually able to see the same PCP, and feels comfortable and safe under his care, and when she's had to see a substitute, they also showed the same professional and personable care. Mom looks forward to her visits now, and she used to dread going to the doctor. Thanks, so much, to all the Staff and Doctors for treating my mother so well in her last years, and giving me more peace of mind.

Overall: Annoying and incompetent staff, greedy doctors. I thought initially that this office would be good because they typically saw me quickly and close to my appointment times. This small advantage was quickly overshadowed by the fact that the staff are impatient and rude which hides their incompetence at even the simplest tasks, they routinely "forget" to follow up on anything that they are supposed to which forces you to call them repeatedly, and they are regularly unavailable. The doctor's will regularly charge you for anything they can possibly think of, including charging for an additional doctor's appointment when you get a preventative physical. When you get to see a doctor they rush through it, and completely skip basic things, my wife was sick and weeks after multiple appointments here she found out she had bronchitis, once again going back to the incompetence and forgetfulness of this doctor's office in general. I would highly recommend skipping this office and looking elsewhere even if it is a longer drive for you.

This office has been so kind to me and have gone above to make sure that my needs are met. This is the only office I have been that accepts that my kids will come to my appointments sometimes. I can call anytime with questions and they contact me back or get my prescription called in quickly for me. I am so thankful to have found a doctor that listens to me and cares. Thank you Dr. Yousefian!
