The photos in the previous reviews show a different place. The place at 8100 Westside Industrial Dr in Jacksonville is a small spot. They don’t start unloading until 0730, they have 5 docks and only 3 docks with dock ramps for long van trailers. There was only one usable dock when I got here at 0650 am and somebody already beat me to it. The guy inside the office was a good spirited fellow. I did have to walk across the freight area to get checked in but that was because I was early. The check in desk is just inside by door 10 near the east end of the building. The building has approximately 6 businesses here. Enter the drive way from the west end of the building if you have a long box. There is limited pull up room here due to the cars parked along the North edge of the drive. A restroom is available near the office; just ask. No waiting area. No vending machines.

Big place, but a few people in warehouse to download. Here this action take a lot of time. Not restroom for Drivers.

I have used Pettyco many times at my office. Matt in the office has always given the best customer service~ he has rerouted my delivery to spend up the process. Has tracked it to ensure all our needs are met. Gary the delivery guy has always arrived early and has such a great attitude on work and life.

This review is based on one driver. Normally I would give the company a very high rating. This post is meant for the owners to address this issue with said driver. Everyone has bad days... But in my opinion, this was just plain contempt. Female driver with short haircut, last name beginning with the letter N, was rude and informed us we had to pay her for every minute she was at our location... Moved her to the front of the line for a pick up and she was rude when asking to borrow a pen... Then flicked it down on the invoice after signing it. This was done in front of another customer we let her step ahead of. My customer and I were speechless. Company usually has professional drivers... But this individual seemed upset that she had to pick up at our location.

I had a third party schedule a pick up by 2:00 PM yesterday and they never showed up or called. Was rescheduled to be her today by 1PM with a no show. Dispatcher told shipper they were her earlier and told no shipment for them. I have been sitting by warehouse door with pallet on a frok truck since 9AM. Not sure where driver went, but not here. This is the 2nd time the shipper used them and had the same issues 1st time I would not recommend them for anything.
