They are unprofessional rude and feel because they are repo people they are protected by some law. They don't speak to people correctly, they don't care about your time or your property. They tell you you should be lucky we didn't throw it away and over charge you if you speak to them rudely or with no care

This is the most unprofessional operation. The workers STOLE things from my vehicle and when asked about it noone has any ideal of who cleaned out my vehicle. The staff was very rude and nonchalant about the Matter as if I dont know what's in my car. When I asked for a video of who removed my items they ignored me until I left. I personally will be bringing legal action against them and file reports to the BBB to have investigations done on all employees. You can repo a car not steal personal belongings from that car. Since no one from this company will even address the situation I will pursue this until my property is back to its rightful owner...ME. On top of things being stolen my other items where tossed in a box as if they were trash and items were damaged. When i asked why didnt they handle my things with care..the man stated I'm lucky they didn't just toss it. That's seems to be this companies motto. No pride in the work they do or any courtesy for the company who hired them!

Unprofessional when answering the phone and the woman on the phone told me that they only do appointments and that I needed to call in before hand to make one to get my things so today Ive been calling for thirty minutes with no answer jusst the voicemail saying that they open at 11 am and to call back during business hours it's 11:37am and that lady told me to call when I'm on the way which I am and they won't answer the phone
