This is my first 1 star review. I came into see Dr. Delaney based on some of the reviews for a Bicep tear. In our initial meeting I was told that if it was 70% or more torn we would need to operate within 10 days so we decided to schedule the MRI. That is where the first problem started. Dr. Delaneys office did not send proper documentation to the MRI center so I had to follow up with them after a week had passed. They said his office tends to do this and that they would get me in the following week. Fast forwarding to the next week the results are in and a complete bicep tear with a few residual fibers is confirmed. To my surprise I was told by Dr. Delaney that my bicep would be fine since I am young.. Not how a bicep tear works. (did not know this at the time). I ended up trusting his medical opinion. After 3 months had passed there was no progress in recovery. I ended up getting a second opinion and have since been operated and am on the road to recovery, as the ONLY option for a bicep tear is surgery. If this was handled correctly I would be back to doing the things I love. Instead I have to wait an additional 4-6 months before I can get too those things.

Dr Delaney replaced my right hip. What a mess he made. I had a complicated case. He did two surgeries on right hip. He did the total hip replacement my leg got longer than the left leg .he went back in 5 days shorten it but I was walking with cane for months nothing was helping. Dr Delaney said I will walk with limp and cane for rest of my life. 6 months of pain and suffering and limited movement and causing calcium buildup I went for second opinion to Stanford orthopedic doctor. Dr Delaney was totally wrong because he messed up my hip . I went to Stanford and a doctor corrected his mistakes and now I have been walking with no limp or walker. For total hip replacement do not have Dr Delaney perform it it will be messed up.

Dr. Delaney recently performed a replacement on my right hip. I'd been living with limited mobility and constant pain for months. Dr. Delaney discussed options and what results I could expect from the procedure. The surgery went very well and I experienced immediate relief. He is very much involved with patient post operative care and has a genuine interest in what is best for his patients. His technical expertise is impressive and state of the art. His staff is the best I've ever been associated with. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I went to see Dr Delaney after a knee injury. The urgent care doctor told me that I needed a surgery. It turned out I did not need a surgery. Dr Delaney is very professional and kind and he let me know there is no bone fracture and I will get better soon without any surgery. He is absolutely correct. Now I am much better after 3 weeks and already 80% recovered. Thank you Dr Delaney!

Dr Delaney has done my last 4 surgeries(3 knee and a shoulder) and he has been great. Very professional and courteous along with giving the patient advice and listening to you. If you need a surgery I would highly recommend seeing him.
