Scheduled a U-Box through U-Haul and needed it delivered on a Saturday. They set me up with Phoenix A to Z moving because U-Haul does not deliver on Saturdays. I booked this 3 weeks before my move. I didn’t get any confirmation from Phoenix A to Z moving. I called multiple times starting the Monday before my move. I left a voicemail as well. I never got an answer or a response until Thursday (2 days before my move). I would not use this company, no communication and very unprofessional to send a text message saying they cannot assist with my move 2 days before they were scheduled to move.

I used this company once. A couple years ago and since I had no issues in the past. I decided to use them again. (Even gave them an additional 150.00 tip!) I Schedule my moving help 18 days in advance. Never received any form of communications. The day of my move @ 9:56AM I had one missed call no voicemail no text nothing was left. At 10:02 AM I Called back no answer. 1 hour later called them back no answer. I called at least 3 times, unresponsive! I intentionally Scheduled way in advance to avoid these types of issues. Now I'm forced to look for help last minute elsewhere, as I'm flying out of town in a week and half and the tickets are already paid for and nonrefundable!

Don't waste your time, Justin and his company, A-Z Moving is the absolute worst moving company we have ever hired. We had planned a cross country move from AZ to CT and I hired Justin because he had so many good Yelp reviews. On Justin's request I purchased 5 dozen moving blankets because they were going to wrap my furniture with the blankets and tape. They would bring tape and shrink wrap. They showed up with NO tape and "borrowed" a half roll of shrink wrap that I had on hand. (By the way, they charged me an extra fee for tape and shrink wrap.) Most (90%) of my furniture was not blanket wrapped, they placed blankets on top of and around it (untaped) and most of it fell off and exposed the wood, destroying thousands of dollars worth of expensive Ethan Allen and Pennsylvania House pieces. Beautiful tables were literally laid on their sides, *directly on the floor*, destroying edges and wearing down corners. Wood furniture was placed against other wood pieces, boxes and metal pieces including a wheel barrow. *All* of my wood chairs were thrown on top of piles with no protection and were ruined. They will all need to be restored, refinished, including filling wood that was scraped off of corners. We had 5 cubes, and each time we opened a cube it got worse and worse. Imagine the furniture that you've worked so hard for many years to buy destroyed out of sheer negligence. We may as well have burned everything rather than paid thousands of dollars to move it all across the country and arrive as junk. I don't know why they treated our furnishings with such blatant disregard and disrespect. Maybe it was because we were moving cross country and they were only a part of our move and they could eventually blame the trucking company who shipped it. Anybody with half a brain could look at the way these cubes were packed and understand that whoever packed them should not be in business. I have moved several times and this was my second time moving cross country. This furniture has made it safely each time, no problem. Sadly, this is the end of the road for many of these beautiful pieces. I would NEVER hire them again under any circumstances. Unfortunately, technically and legally there is nothing we can do about this. All I can do is write a review, get this information out and hope that this doesn't happen to someone else. It would be a *very* costly mistake.

I was so pleased with this company. The movers I had were Sean and Sal and they handled my things with kid gloves. Not a scratch on anything and they wasted no time. The move went flawlessly and I would also like to thank Allison for making these arrangements on such short notice. This company is fantastic and I have already referred 4 people with upcoming moves. A great job is hard to find and I can refer this company with no hesitation. The price is very fair for the amount of work these guys did. Don't forget to tip for a job greatly done. You are very much appreciated.

One of the mover stole my daughters school backpack with her school computer and charger in it. This has cost me $235 I called an talk to Justin 2 times all i wanted was for them to bring it back well nobody has returned it. I dont appreciate trusting people only to be stolen from. Great at loading the truck. But all of our appliances were dented scratched and broken parts in and on them. And my hutch had a broken shelf in it.
