I have worked with Fadi and Phoenix Transportation several times now. I highly recommend them. They are easy to communicate with and reliable. We have had them shuttle us in some pretty remote locations and we have never had any issue. Leo was fantastic!! He was a great driver and was so much fun to be around.

Edited 6.27.23 response In response to the mgmt. response I have opted to update my ranking. Using this format to tout your newest bus is simply crass and audacious. Enabling your driver to block 5 stalls is reprehensible. Your driver could have dropped off your patrons and in 15 minutes looped around and picked them up - instead you justified his actions. While driving in Central California, how do you say that you stop at one of the states rest areas. Very nice facilities. What wasn’t very nice was how the driver of Phoenix transportation treated everyone as if it didn’t matter. The photograph shows how the bus has chosen to take up five parking spots. Something tells me this isn’t the first time this has occurred. Something tells me this company believes they are better than everyone else. Will I ever recommend this company? No! Not because of the buses quality nor the luxurious aspects of their transportation option but because of how they they treat the general public! Sad, sad sad.

I rented a minibus transport service from Phoenix Transportation yesterday for a work function in which we needed to be picked up and dropped off at several spots around the Bay area before returning to our workspace in SF. This bus company was fantastic. They were very responsive to all my communications. They sent Walter as our bus driver and he was great! He arrived on time, was friendly and did a very good job of delivering my group safely. I will use this company again in the future for transport needs and highly recommend them!

Our business trip was thrown into complete disarray when another bus company canceled last minute, leaving me in a panic.
