For sure I put 5/5 stars to this company. This guys are amazing and work really hard, they do their job really quick and very efficient. They are wonderfully prepared and have all the stuff you might need: boxes, mattress covers, packing stuff, drills, screws and all other things, but talk with Frank before and he will explain everything about your move. And especially I want to say a big thank you to the local team - Max and Alex, who are legendary and super professional.

The absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had! After quoting you a price, they will rip you off and charge you hundreds of extra dollars the day of pickup. Then find excuses to charge you more during drop off. They broke multiple items. No need to mark anything as fragile because they will just toss it and pile up heavy items on top of it. They had one mover come move me out of a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment and the same one mover drop off my items so just imagine how long this took! Please don’t use this company and look elsewhere. Edit: Then they reply to my review and lie smh. Why would a customer lie if the service was good? Anyway, I just submitted a complaint with the better business bureau and left a review on thumbtack with images that show items they broke and damaged. So they can lie on this google review all they want.

The worst experience ever. Frank will tell you the reviews on Google are fake and from movers, I personally experienced it myself. The guys tried to extort me to pay extra, I had pictures of packages I received days ago and 3 got stolen, my stuff were also not set up. My apartment was left in shambles. I had to hire another company. Frank is a liar and thief and his workers are rude. His worker shouted at me continuously and told my mom and I that they didn’t trust us, none of us are poor. I ordered a brand new rug, patio set and all that got stolen. The workers stood around did nothing and started charging me by the hour. Please see attached pictures of them standing up doing nothing and also how they left the place.

Just had them move me from PA to FL. Excellent care of our belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Tarun, Alec, and Khalid were so courteous, patient and professional in their work. Frank, the initial person who scheduled our move, was truly responsive and made every effort to accommodate changes in schedule.
