My mother moved earlier this year and we used a different local moving company and they were not nearly as good as Piepho. First off, with the other company, I booked over the phone. When I contacted Peipho, a representative came to my home to look at the items to be moved. She provided me with a detailed an accurate quote and lots of advice and moving tips. I was contacted several times by another representative. She sent me an email with a moving checklist that was priceless. (Check your oven drawer!!) On the day of the move, the movers were on time, polite and careful with my furniture and both homes. I have had recent experience with two moving companies and Piepho is hands down, 1,000% better and they way to go! Moving is stressful but working with Peipho isn't.

Had a 200+ mile move with a junk run and 2 dwelling drop offs and Allied/Piepho didn't mind supporting that at all. They have very big trucks. I did pre-pack and inventory with color labels which helped, but Piepho also inventories, which gives you double the peace of mind. I'm not completely done unpacking, but I feel very good about their part of the move. Ryan and Derek were very efficient and personable We all traded stories during the loading (I found out my whole family has the wrong zodiac now!) They even brought along their very personable dog! 🐕 I can't really speak to the price as it's been 20 years since the last time I moved, you'll have to compare yourself. But I was happy with the result! Thanks, guys!

This was my first time hiring professional movers and I will absolutely be hiring Piepho/Allied again. Every step of the process was super smooth from the estimate, to moving day, to drop off day. The movers were on-the-dot punctual, they showed up at the exact time they stated right down to the minute, they were very careful with my items and property. The stress of moving cross country was lessened I want to say by about 75% hiring them and they were all very friendly people too - Desiree, Janet and the movers all made me feel reassured. I did have a couple other moving companies in mind but I am so glad I went with Allied/Piepho.
