They just pull up and act like they own the neighborhood. Parked in front of my driveway, blocking the entire thing as if they pay my mortgage. Mind you they could have pulled up or backed up and still been in front of the clients home. They just wanted the ramp to line up exactly with the driveway. They could have also backed in to the clients driveway and only had the cab of the truck in the road. Also, across the street has no houses. They're just rude and lazy. We have stuff going on today and don't have time to wait for entitled employees to get to a good spot to unblock our driveway. Had they coordinated with us before we would have been understanding but now I might just report them to the city.

We just moved to the springs they were our contracted military movers. The movers we had were super nice, respectful, and we’re really careful with our stuff! They got us moved in really quickly and efficiently, it made our first military move a lot less stressful!

Promised big, delivery fell flat. If youre gonna show up at 11 dont say youre gonna be there at 9. Not a fan of on the job training (1 guy telling the others how to do basic things) with my stuff. Train before. Took longer than expected to pack up, took longer then expected to load up, and did some of the oddest and worst loading of crates me and the unloading team has ever seen. Who puts a lawnmower in the same crate as a mattress, let alone on top of the mattress?? The guys unloading said they usually have 6 crates of paper at the end, they didn't even have 1. Almost every tote was crushed. Multiple boxes were crushed. They used wardrobe boxes for lots of things for no apparent reason, and then complained the boxes were heavy. Lost my high value item sheet, I redid it when everything was packed. Never asked for any of my guns S/Ns just took the gun safe as is, thankfully it appeared still locked. I could keep going on, but I think you get the idea. If you're moving DO NOT TAKE THEM.

The worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and full of excuses. Showed up late in the afternoon the first day. Kept disappearing to take breaks. Then didn’t have the right vehicle size after doing a virtual walkthrough of everything in my house so there was no surprise on their end what was going into the truck. Then we’re supposed to come back the next day I had to call them to find out that they weren’t going to show up. Next day they left late and had a 5 hour drive so weren’t getting there until 7 so had to be rescheduled again. Basically missed 3 days of work for no reason waiting for them to show up. And then packed everything to see that thousands of dollars in items were broken. They literally threw a lamp shade and a family heirloom porcelain item into a box and didn’t wrap any of it. But they wrapped a wooden block! They were too cheap to buy tv boxes so they cut up a bunch a boxed to surround the tv, even though they had me measure the tvs during the walk through. The lack of common sense in wrapping and the fact so much was broken led me to believe this company is a scam. Don’t pay to have your things broken with them. If I could give negative stars I would, and this is coming from someone who has had many movers in the past.

Excellent service and professionalism! We had our stuff delivered from Texas and everything was in great shape. They were even patient when I had to pause to tend to my 6 month old. I recommend going with them for your moving and storing needs.
